Kaze no Chiu, run by the Yakiniku Nurubon group, purchases the whole cow of Hakata Wagyu, a brand of beef from Fukuoka, and is confident in the high quality of the meat and rare cuts.We deliver it to you using cutting and grilling methods that bring out the best in its flavor.

Itoshima vegetables are full of the blessings of clean water and soil and have a gentle flavor.Our signature salad, enjoyed with the bounty of Itoshima, and the greens on the hot plate enhance the deliciousness of the meat.*Depending on the procurement situation, some ingredients may not be from Itoshima.
